How it Works


Apply for Endorsement

The Board of M&A Standards (BMAS) will endorse or accredit programs, books after an “Application for Endorsement” is submitted and a BMAS assessment is completed. If you are a company or individual that would like to have your offering endorsed by the Board, the following steps are required:

  1. Download the Application for Endorsement form from this website
  2. Email the completed form to
  3. You will be contacted by a representative to schedule a review or assessment of your offering by one or more board members (there are often costs incurred for the reviews)
  4. If accepted for endorsement, you will receive an official acceptance document and usage agreement from BMAS

Offerings the board will endorse as most beneficial to the M&A community

Applicants whose offerings become endorsed by the Board of M&A Standards

  • Will receive a letter from the board outlining the requirements for using the endorsements
  • Will be authorized to use the BMAS seal of approval in their marketing materials
  • Will be published on this site and potentially other applications showing the M&A offerings endorsed by BMAS
